Modern Organic Style
Warm, sculptural, and grounded.

Modern organic is the style of spaces that are modern and full of natural texture. The look is built around soft curves, natural materials, and layered neutrals — plaster walls, bouclé chairs, travertine tables, and subtle greenery.
It’s sophisticated, sculptural, and one of my absolute favorite design styles. Think the warm-modern aesthetic that’s everywhere on Pinterest right now: rounded silhouettes, aged brass, olive branches, and rooms.
To help you picture it in real spaces, I’ve put together example rooms for each of the main areas of the home — living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, home office, and entryway — to give you ideas for bringing the look into your own home.

This bedroom pairs an upholstered headboard with layered linen and knit bedding in soft greige and cream.
Branches in a tall ceramic vase and a single piece of arched art keep the whole space feeling intentional and grounded.

This kitchen leans into modern organic’s warm-minimalist side — soft greige cabinets, brass hardware, and open shelving styled with handmade ceramics.

This dining room is anchored by a warm wood table and curved cane-back chairs, with a sculptural woven pendant light fixture.
The open layout and neutral palette make it feel airy and connected to the rest of the home.
