Rustic Modern Coastal Living Room Design

I combined soft blues, wood tones, and neutral accents in this modern coastal living room design. It’s a cozy, coastal-inspired choice for your next living room makeover!

A few of my favorite parts about this living room design are the area rug and the coffee table. The rug has beautiful gray-blue tones throughout that pair beautifully with the sofa, and the coffee table adds a cozy rustic feel to the room.

These soft linen curtains are great for creating that dreamy beach look in a living room. They let light flow through the room and frame the windows beautifully.

These linen pillows come in multiple colors, so you can choose your favorites and layer them across the sofa and accent chair(s).

If you’re not a fan of white or light-colored sofas, this sofa is perfect for you! It brings color to the room and pairs well with the area rug.

As I said earlier, one of my favorite parts about this room is the area rug. The neutral colors woven throughout the soft blue tones are just stunning.

I love the statement this faux olive tree makes. It’s larger and has a wider span than some of the other olive trees I’ve come across. If you have the space, I think it would be an excellent addition to the room.

If you have a smaller living room, you can choose a tall, narrow olive tree instead.

This fluted planter goes well with the olive tree and the neutral tones used throughout the room.

Coffee Table

Last but not least is another one of my favorites – the wood coffee table! It almost reminds me of a long piece of driftwood. The shelf underneath is great for storing everyday items, making space for a clean look on the top.
