This post is all about my tranquil coastal entryway idea! This entryway design is fully shoppable, meaning you can easily recreate the look in your home.
The entryway is an important feature in your home; it is often one of the first things people see when they enter your house.
It sets the stage for a great first impression and can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Also, it is refreshing for you as the owner to walk into your house and see a beautiful entryway. It inspires the decor for the rest of the home.
Entryway tables are also a fantastic way to prevent clutter from spreading throughout your house.
If the console table has drawers or shelves with baskets, people can have a place to set their keys or belongings when they walk into the house.
It is a designated spot to keep essential everyday items that you need to take with you whenever you leave the house.
I really hope this design gives you some coastal entryway ideas that you can use in your home!

Coastal Blue Entryway Table
My coastal entryway design idea is centered around this gorgeous coastal blue entryway table, made from pine wood with a distressed pale blue finish.
With three drawers and a bottom shelf, this console table offers just the right amount of storage space. The bottom shelf allows for some versatile storage options. You can use storage baskets, as I did in this design, or you can use the shelf as a shoe rack.
Beige Woven Wicker Baskets
In this entryway design I chose to style the entryway table with storage baskets. Specifically, I chose a set of beige wicker baskets.
These woven rope storage baskets are a great way to add some extra storage and organization options to one of the most high-traffic areas of the home.
These lightweight storage bins can be folded to lay flat so that you can stack them up and store them when not in use. The woven beige aesthetic fits beautifully with the coastal theme.
Cottage Style Round Jute Rope Frame Mirror
I love a good decorative mirror in any entryway design; it is the perfect way to do a final hair and make up check before running out the door.
This jute rope frame mirror is gorgeous and effortlessly gives the coastal vibe I am looking for. The mirror is 26″ in diameter, which is a great size for hanging above a console table and allowing room for other table decorations that frame the mirror.
Entryway Table Decor
Speaking of table decor, let’s go through the entryway table decorations that I chose for this coastal entryway idea.
Coastal Inspired Rustic Rattan Lamp
First we have my favorite find. This unique and elegant coastal inspired rustic rattan lamp. The wicker pattern is such a cool look for a lamp; it adds visual interest and texture to the entire design.
Another benefit is that its neutral color scheme means that it can be used in a variety of different rooms, each with different color palettes.
If you ever want to change up your entryway table decor, you can always move this lamp to the bedroom or living room.
Nautical Rustic Wood Whale Tail
Next we have a fun and playful table decoration. This wooden whale tail is a cute and subtle nautical table decoration. It would look great next to the lamp, or styled on top of a book or tray.
Decorative Wood Bowl
A good entryway design often includes a designated spot to set your keys when you walk into the house, which is why I chose this decorative wood bowl. It is versatile and can be used for keys and other small trinkets or simply as a decorative element.
Decorative Books
A decorative book set adds a touch of vertical interest and depth to any space and is a great way to layer other table decor. This minimalist linen covered decorative book set is simple and looks great when paired with any table decor.
Coastal Wood Table Decor Sculptures
Lastly, we have a set of three coastal wood sculptures; a nautical style starfish, conch, and seahorse. These Mediterranean style sculptures are a great addition to any ocean themed entryway.
They explicitly allude to the coastal theme without being gaudy or over the top.
