This post is all about my modern farmhouse living room design.

This modern farmhouse living room is giving warm, cozy neutrals with a fireplace anchor moment — think soft taupe recliners, layered textures, and a rug that ties it all together perfectly.

This living room idea centers around the modern farmhouse aesthetic, with soft neutrals and darker accents. The sofas and armchairs are all recliners which makes this room SO cozy and perfect for family movie nights.

This cream rug has a subtle geometric pattern that adds texture without competing with anything else in the room. It’s the perfect neutral base that ties every other piece together.

This white fireplace console is the true centerpiece of the room, with a realistic flame and a mantel on top for styling. It also doubles as the base for the mounted TV, which makes the whole wall feel so intentional.

This coffee table has the prettiest light wood tone and comes with built-in drawers and a lower shelf for storage. I love that it’s both functional for hiding remotes and blankets and pretty enough to style with a few decorative pieces on top.

This one might just be my favorite living room I’ve put together yet — there’s something about all those warm neutrals and cozy textures that just makes me want to curl up right in that space.
